Cancel for free up to 48 hours before pickup for daily and weekly rentals. For airport transfers, free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before pickup.

Cancellation Policy
At Hounes Car Rental, we keep cancellations clear, fair, and aligned with premium service standards. This policy explains your free cancellation window, refund timing, peak-period rules, and how to request a change.
Partial refunds & timing
- 47–24 hours before pickup: 80% refund of prepaid amounts.
- 23–4 hours before pickup: 50% refund of prepaid amounts.
- Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
No-show rules
A no-show occurs if the customer does not arrive within 90 minutes of the confirmed pickup time and has not contacted our support team. No-show bookings are non-refundable and may be released to other customers.
