How do I complete a booking online? ▾
Choose your sedan, set pickup and return times, add delivery or airport transfer, and submit your driver details. You will see the full price breakdown before payment and receive an instant confirmation email.
What payment methods do you accept? ▾
We accept major credit cards and approved corporate cards in EGP, USD, or EUR. Cards are processed through a secure gateway with 3‑D Secure for added protection.
Is a deposit required? ▾
Yes. A refundable security hold is placed on your card at pickup. The exact amount depends on the vehicle class and rental duration and is released within 7–14 business days after return.
What insurance coverage is included? ▾
All rentals include standard third‑party liability and collision damage coverage with an excess. Optional premium protection packages reduce or waive the excess for additional peace of mind.
What is the minimum driver age? ▾
The minimum age is 23 with at least 2 years of driving history. Premium categories may require a minimum age of 25. Additional drivers must meet the same criteria.
Do you offer unlimited mileage? ▾
Daily rentals include a generous mileage allowance. Monthly rentals and corporate plans include higher limits or unlimited mileage depending on the agreement. Any overage is charged per kilometer and clearly stated at booking.
What is your fuel policy? ▾
Vehicles are provided with a full tank and should be returned full. If returned with less fuel, we apply a transparent refueling charge based on prevailing fuel prices.
Can you deliver the car to my hotel or office? ▾
Yes. We offer scheduled delivery and collection across Cairo. Share your address during booking and we will confirm timing, delivery fee, and handover process.
How does airport pickup work? ▾
Provide your flight details and we will schedule a meet‑and‑greet at Cairo International Airport. Our team tracks your arrival time and coordinates a fast handover, with optional chauffeur service.
Do you offer monthly or long‑term rentals? ▾
Absolutely. Monthly rentals include flexible mileage, priority service, and dedicated account support. Contact our team for tailored corporate or expat packages.
What are your cancellation and refund terms? ▾
Cancellations made 48 hours before pickup receive a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a one‑day rental charge. Please review our detailed policies for specific timelines and prepaid rates.
What documents are required at pickup? ▾
Please bring a valid driver’s license, passport or national ID, and the credit card used for payment. International visitors must present an IDP if their license is not in English or Arabic.
